Kimondo Gachoka

Davidson graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) Degree from Moi University in 2013 and was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya on the 21st day of January 2016. Davidson is also a Certified Mediator.

Davidson is the Head of the Firm’s Conveyancing and Commercial Department.

He is well regarded for his legal expertise in banking and finance transactions involving preparation and registration of mortgages, charges, debentures, purchases, sales, leases, surrender and transfers on behalf of the client’s to secure loans for borrowers.

He has advised various clients in the real estate sector on the sale, purchase and sub-division of properties including structuring mixed-use developments, multiple dwelling units, joint ventures, Change of User. He recently advised a client on the sale of a mixed-use commercial and residential development on Ngong Road, with an estimated value of USD 60M.

He has experience in handling trademarks, service marks, utility models, industrial designs and patents application procedures.
