Kimondo Gachoka

Alison Ndikwe is an associate with the firm’s conveyancing, corporate commercial department and is based at our Mombasa office. She has a strong background in corporate commercial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, banking and securities, intellectual property and immigration.

Alison has applied her skills and knowledge in guiding local and international clients on commercial, corporate and conveyancing matters most notably the debt restructure of Kshs 535 Million by a Kenyan educational institution and the sale and purchase of off-plan units within a mixed use development within Nairobi County.

Alison is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and is a graduate of Strathmore University.
