Davidson is a graduate of the Moi University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours (2013). He joined the Kenya School of Law in 2014 and undertook his pupilage at our Law Firm. He was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in January 2016, he was formally engaged as an Associate the Firm in January 2016 and was admitted as a Partner with effect from 1st February 2018.
Davidson is engaged in the firm’s conveyancing and commercial practice matters including sales, transfers and charging of properties and acts for banks and other lenders in perfecting mortgages, charges, and debentures. Davidson has considerable experience in drawing and reviewing various commercial agreements for acquisitions of assets of shares, lending agreements, sale agreements and purchase contracts, incorporation and mergers of companies and divestitures and re- organizations. Davidson is also engaged in intellectual property matters including registration of trademarks, copyrights and patents.
Davidson has hands on experience in Intellectual Property matters Conveyancing, Commercial, Mergers and acquisitions. Having handled a wide range of transactions Davidson requires minimum supervision in providing legal and advisory services.
