THE FIRM

The Law firm was established in 1992 with its offices at the Nairobi Central Business District.

In 2008, the firm purchased its own premises at Bemuda Plaza, Ngong Road, Nairobi.

The firm specializes in commercial law with a bias towards banking and corporate law.  The firm has over 19 years experience in preparing security documents for banks and other lending institutions including mortgages, charges, debentures and chattels mortgages.  The firm's other areas of specialization include formation of companies, mergers, acquisitions, legal drafting, commercial agreements and contracts, patents, stock-exchange and conveyancing of property.  The firm has a full fledged litigation department supporting our clientele in debt recovery as well as defending commercial legal actions.
